We really like the Grill-O-Sheet. It's a 9.25" x 11" sheet of flexible aluminum that you can lay directly on the grill or wrap around food to hold things together when you turn it over.

Like aluminum foil, but not nearly that thin, and it's perforated to let smoke & heat in. A neat idea.

They are reusable, too.
