The Old Smokey Electric Smoker has a heating element, like an electric oven.
On top of the heating element is a chip tray where you put wood chips for smoke flavor.
The Electric Smoker has a flat top, so juices drip right back onto the food.
The Electric Smoker is controlled by a variable heat thermostat to allow a wide variety of cooking times and styles.
The #14 is the best grill for 2 - 3 people, for small families, or to take camping.
This one gets used as an auxiliary grill by lots of people. We see it next to some big barbecue rigs!
Even though it has a smaller grill surface, you can still get 4 chicken halves or 6 hamburgers on it.
The #18 is the size you'll want to cook for 4 -6 people. It's our best seller.

The #22 is also known as the "jumbo" or the "bring the family" model. It's bigger, so it has 2 extra handles on the side.
It's large enough to cook for a big crowd. Its 21" diameter cooking surface is hard to overload.
But be careful when pulling this one out! If word gets out, you'll have lots of neighbors and friends coming over! Not that that's a bad thing...
The BT-1 has a 2" dial. It reads from 100F to 475F, good ranges for smoking, barbecuing and grilling.
To install drill a 3/8" hole, insert the threads into the hole, and tighten into place with the included washer & nut. We'll drill the hole for you if you buy this with a charcoal grill or Electric Smoker.
Old Smokey Temperature Gauges are made of stainless steel. The dials are sealed and the lenses are made of glass.
The BT-2 has a 3" dial. It reads from 100F to 475F, good ranges for smoking, barbecuing and grilling.
There are 2 options for installation. The BT2 has threads that screw into a 1/2" pipe thread fitting (usually found on larger grills). Or, you can drill a 7/8" hole and tighten the BT-2 into place with the included washer & nut.

The Old Smokey Beer Can Chicken Holder is a great new way to cook chicken, and it works great with either our charcoal grills or the Old Smokey Electric Smoker.
Put a half-full can of beer or soda in the ring.
The beer steams from the heat, and the steam carries the flavor into the chicken.
The new Old Smokey Long Legs bring the grill one foot higher off the ground, closer to you and easier to reach.

The Grill-O-Sheet is a 12" x 18" sheet of flexible aluminum that you can lay directly on the grill or wrap around food to hold things together when you turn it over.
Like aluminum foil, but not nearly that thin, and it's perforated to let smoke & heat in.
They are reusable, too.

Mesquite and Pecan wood chunks add great flavor when cooking in your Old Smokey Charcoal grill.
Use them in place of or in addition to charcoal. The bags are 9.3 liter volume which translates to 7-10 lbs. of wood.
Mesquite burns hotter than charcoal and is best suited for beef, chicken, turkey and vegetables.
Pecan works great with pork and fish.
Apple and Cherry wood chunks are a unique and favorable alternative when cooking in your Old Smokey Charcoal grill.

The actual description for this fabulous item is "Briquets & Smoker Blocks." It's not your typical charcoal. The briquets contain pieces of the whiskey-cured oak barrels and there are blocks of oak cut directly from the barrels added to the mix. It's such an amazing idea, we wish we had thought of it ourselves.

Replace the Wood Chips and Grease Absorbent with a new supply.
Spread the Grease Absorbent evenly inside the barrel. You can stir it around between uses for longer life. Remember to store the Electric Smoker with the lid off (or partially off).
The Wood Chips are Mesquite. We've tried others and this is our favorite. Use a handful on the chip tray and you'll get lots of smoke.
